Parking Lot Paving
Repaving for worn commercial lots, scheduled so your business can stay open.
Paving ยท Businesses, churches, HOAs
New parking for stores, offices, churches, warehouses and apartment communities. We grade for drainage, build a base for the traffic you expect, pave, and lay out stalls so the lot works on day one.

About asphalt parking lot installation
A parking lot has to handle more than cars. Delivery trucks, trash trucks and turning traffic put heavy, twisting loads on the pavement, and standing water shortens its life fast. The work starts with slopes that move water off the lot and a base thick enough for the heaviest vehicle that will use it.
We build to your site plan, keep the work area safe and marked, and finish with striping, directional arrows and accessible spaces laid out where your plan calls for them.
The job, step by step
We review your site plan, traffic and drainage, and agree on phasing.
The lot is shaped for runoff, then the stone base is placed and compacted.
Asphalt goes down in layers, each one rolled before the next.
Stalls, arrows and accessible spaces are laid out and painted.
Questions
Yes. If your project has a site plan, we build to it. If it doesn't, we can help you think through layout, slopes and traffic flow for a straightforward lot.
Yes. We lay out stalls, arrows, stop bars and accessible parking spaces once the asphalt is ready for paint.
Thicker than a driveway. The asphalt is often placed in two lifts over a deeper stone base, with extra depth where trucks drive. The final spec depends on your traffic and soil.
